Where do you ship your products from?
Our products warehouse is in Renton, WA. That is where we will ship our products from.

Something is wrong with my order, how can fix it before shipping?
If you made a mistake on your order and you want to adjust anything from address to items, please send an email and we will update the information.

My order never got to me, what do I do?
Please email us at with you order number and we will do our best to assist you.
Tracking number marked my order as delivered but I don't see it anywhere? 
If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!
If you have a community mailbox that is shared with your neighbors, the mailman may leave a small key for you access the bigger mail container at the bottom row. 
If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please use the tracking number provided and visit your local post office. The post master should be able to give some assistance. If they were not able to assist you please contact us and we will assist you within the best of our ability.
If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.
Who do you ship your package with?
We only ship using USPS Priority Mail. Typical delivery time is 3 business days.
Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically ship in 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). And you will receive your order in 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri).
Occasionally, USPS experiences high volume of packages or delayed due to weather, road, etc. reasons. If your tracking number has not been update or your order has not been delivered in 7 days. Please contact us and we will investigate on the matter.

What is your return policy?
We guarantee that our products are genuine, new items from the manufacturer.
If you're unhappy for any reason, please contact us at to initiate an exchange within 30 days of purchase date.
To be eligible for return, items must be unused and in original packaging. We can not accept returns if the items that have been used or removed from the manufacturer's packaging

The product I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?
We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to send us a message to and we'll make sure to let you know when you will be able to order it again.
